Guide to Utilising Email services on Smart Devices
This competency allows learners to connect, communicate and share content with family, friends or authorities via instant messaging, social media platforms, emails and video conferencing apps. Learners will learn how to set up an account, send and receive online communications in the form of instant messages or emails. They will also be taught how to initiate or join a video conference.
